Yvette Ward
Vice President Operations

Ward relies heavily on her more than 10 years of experience in management. Wards first management job back in 1998 was for a Vegas based company, Durango Pools, specializing in water features. Some of Wards clients included casinos such as Caesars Palace, hotels such as Hilton, and developers such as Pinnacle Homes, Homecraft Developments and many others.

In 2000, Ward joined the MGM Mirage Corporation. Ward received management and public relation training with the Bellagio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. During her term there, she was part of the team that helped build the Bellagio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, into the first ever Five Star, Five Diamond, Hotel and Casino in history.

With these skills, Ward left Vegas in 2002 to California, met Michael Thayer, and proceeded to pursue an opportunity in aviation. Ward became the first female General Manager for one of the fastest growing aviation companies of it's time. Ward was assigned to manage the largest and most successful location within that company. Within a few short months, Ward had broken many records within the company, making her location (out of 38 locations), the most successful. Ward was honored several times for her management skills. Due to Wards success, Ward was also assigned as a trainer for management, and as a traveling consultant to problem shoot locations that needed help to achieve better results.
