Michael Thayer
President and CEO

Thayer brings over 20 years of visionary business leadership to the company. Thayer is credited with having been the pioneer of highly themed retail stores with his "Hollywood Studio Stores" concept, located inside the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California. Along with the stores creativity and novel approach to marketing, the store heavily influenced the later retail stores of both Disney and Warner Brother Studios. This concept earned Thayer placement in "Who's Who of Business in America" 1999-2000 Edition.

Starting in 2002, Thayer became involved in aviation. Holding positions as Regional Manager then promoted to Vice President of Marketing, Thayer helped build a small flight school, into one of the largest and fastest growing aviation companies for its type, in history. Within 6 years, the company hit the Inc. 500 list three times, ranked as high as #12 overall in 2006 with a 2,785% annual growth rate, and ranked #4 in transportation in 2007.

In addition, Thayer works in Motion Picture and Television. From humble beginnings with Public Access channels, with Thayer winning the Time Warner Group W Award for Best Public Access Show in 1986 with "On The Edge". Thayer's award took him to Paramount Pictures and a lunch with top studio executives. Since then, Thayer has put over 20 years in the entertainment industry as a producer, actor and stuntman working with Paramount Pictures, Universal Studios, 20th Century Fox, and talent such as Dustin Hoffman, Russell Crowe, and Andy Garcia.

Thayer's goal is to build and preserve a lifetime relationship with his clients, and to serve not just as an advisor, but also an advocate for all of their business needs. Thayer's success has been recognized on countless occasions and he has earned numerous awards and honors in his over 20 years in business.
